Seven years of innovation and growth – ATA IT stood at the crossroads of reflection and progress as it celebrated their 7th anniversary this month. The event, a fusion of tradition and modernity, bore testament to the company’s roots and looked forward to achieving more in the future.
The day started early outside our office building, offering prayers for the future at the local shrine before moving back inside the office for the event. In a twist from traditional opening speeches, CEO Rene Desjardins invited colleagues to offer their thoughts about the company, acknowledging the collective effort that had propelled ATA IT to its current stature, and underscoring the vital role every team member played. Their speeches resonated with sincerity and humour, a testament to the company culture fostered over the years.
Adding a layer of spirituality, the presence of Buddhist Monks lent an air of solemnity to the celebration. Their blessings, a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary accomplishments, added a profound touch to the event. The juxtaposition of the corporate environment with the monks’ serene aura served as a reminder of the harmony that can be found in diversity.
After the monks had finished their meal there was a celebratory company lunch, with colleagues hanging out and enjoying their meal together. It was a moment of respite, and day-to-day responsibilities took a backseat to relaxed celebrations and fun.
ATA IT’s 7th year anniversary was more than a celebration; it was another example of the values that had steered the company’s journey.
