What is your role as an Application Access Administrator at ATA IT?

I am an Application Access Administrator at ATA IT. My role involves granting users access to secure applications, mainly creating new users, plus adding and revoking user roles. I support both employees of the National Bank of Canada and ATA IT.

What motivated you to join ATA IT?

I was motivated to join this company because of the positive work environment and the opportunity to learn and grow. I have been both challenged and supported in my role, which has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge.

What is a typical day like in your role?

A typical day in my role involves adding and removing user roles, as well as supporting three key BNC groups. I also work on projects and initiatives that improve the security and efficiency of our access management processes.
